All attractions, tours, and activities are operated by independent third-party Attraction Partners. These partners are responsible for:
- Operating the attraction or service
- Maintaining safety standards and procedures
- Providing qualified staff and equipment
- Complying with local laws and regulations
- Determining operating hours and availability
4. User Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through our website. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
4.2 Account Registration
To make a booking, you may need to create a User Account. When registering, you agree to:

You are responsible for ensuring you have access to your tickets. Print or save tickets to your mobile device before visiting the attraction.
6. Pricing and Payment

- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

7.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of:
- Payment failure or fraud
- Attraction closure or unavailability
- Force majeure events
- Violation of these Terms
In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
8. Refund Policy

- Late arrivals that result in denied entry

- Voluntary departure or dissatisfaction with the experience
- Non-refundable bookings as specified at time of purchase

10.2 Liability Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking
10.3 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of information provided by Attraction Partners
- Content on linked third-party websites
- Reviews and comments posted by other users
11. Intellectual Property Rights
11.1 Our Content
All content on our website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images, and videos
- Software and website design
- Trademarks and branding
- Compiled data and databases
is owned by or licensed to Dubai Visit Experience and protected by intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Print or download tickets for your bookings
- View and download content for personal reference
11.3 Restrictions
